Those lovely people at Sheridans cheesemongers have been happily fiddling with our cheese again! The wonderful Franck has come up with a delicious St Tola and Beetroot Quiche and it is as tasty as it is good looking!

Next weekend is also the Annual Burren Slow Food Festival. A superb line up this year includes a champagne and oyster picnic under the Clffs of Moher, Whiskey and Chocolate Tasting, Champagne and Smoked Salmon Tasting,  speakers including JP McMahon and Catherine Cleary as well as the usual producers market and festival banquet. http://www.slowfoodclare.com/festival/
