Ingredients

4SliceWhite Country Bread
240GramSt Tola Divine
250GramBlack Pudding (sliced )
25GramApricot Chutney

Instructions

1. Fry up the black pudding until well cooked and crispy on the outside and soft inside.

2. Toast the bread and butter.

3. Spread each slice with a geneous amount of St Tola Divine, the black pudding and a dollop of apricot chutney.
