Ingredients
4 slices
White Country Bread 240 grams
St Tola Divine 250 grams
Black Pudding (sliced ) 25 grams
Apricot ChutneyInstructions
1. Fry up the black pudding until well cooked and crispy on the outside and soft inside.
2. Toast the bread and butter.
3. Spread each slice with a geneous amount of St Tola Divine, the black pudding and a dollop of apricot chutney.
