A quick and delicious way to use up those turkey leftovers!
1. Slice each bagel in 2 and warm each side l under the grill for a few minutes under a medium g heat. You do not want toast, just warmed bagels.
2. Spead 2 of the slices with a generous amount of St Tola Divine, the cold turkey slices and then a nice dollop of cranbery relish. Place the other warm slice on top.
Serve with a cold beer or coca cola!
