Christmas Recipe! St Tola Starter with Cranberry and Port Sauce

An easy and stylish starter to your Christmas Dinner!


300 milliliters
175 grams
Light brown Sugar
500 grams
4 slices
White Country Bread
4 bunches
Mixed Salad
50 grams
Mixed nuts (chopped )
240 grams
Soft St Tola Divine or Original


1. First make the sauce. Put the port and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil. Then add the cranberries and cook for 8-10 mins until cranberries are just tender.

2. Toast the bread on one side only under a grill, turn the bread over and put 60g  of St Tola Original on the other side, put back under the grill until the cheese is warmed through.

3. Divide the salad between four plates and sprinkle with the mixed nuts, place a slice of toast with the St Tola on each plate and then drizzle with the warm port and cranberry sauce.
