Description

A crazy recipe idea for adults only!

Ingredients

100 grams
60% dark chocolate (broken up )
100 milliliters
cold water
200 grams
St Tola Soft Cheese
   
zest of half lemon
2 tablespoons
vodka
18  
raspberries
2 tablespoons
caster sugar

Notes

Serve with a glass of ice cold vodka!

Instructions

  1. Break up the chocolate into a heatproof bowl and add 100ml cold water and the sugar.
  2. Place the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, stirring occasionally until tepid.
  4. Beat in the cheese, lemon zest and vodka to taste.
  5. Place 2-3 raspberries or chopped pears into the base of 6 shot glasses or small wine glasses.
  6. Spoon the mousse on top and chill lightly for 2 hrs before serving.
