Spring is in the air here at St Tola! We have had 25 kids born this week on the farm - as you can see from our kid photograph everyone is doing well! We have also been busy in the kitchen - spring might be in the air but we still love our warm hearty meals in the evening. Try out our new recipe for Chicken stuffed with St Tola with lentils and sweet beets.
