St Tola in Culture magazine

St Tola features in “The Green Thread: The makers shaping cheese in Ireland today”, written and photographed by Kendall Antonelli for the Fall/Winter 2026 issue of Culture, the cheese magazine.

Kendall and John Antonelli, of Antonelli's Cheese in Austin, Texas, travelled around Ireland meeting the families behind Irish artisan cheese. The article describes St Tola as one of the country's most respected goat dairies, and talks about our herd of Saanen, Toggenburg and British Alpine goats and the fresh and aged cheeses made from their milk.
