Health

Delicious, and good for you.

Goat cheese is rich in calcium, protein, vitamin A, vitamin K, phosphorus, niacin and thiamin, and it is only 1% salt. Goat milk has roughly the same lactose level as cow's milk, but goat milk products are often far better tolerated by the body, and are well suited to those with asthma or eczema, or who find cow's milk difficult to digest.

We have worked with the University of Limerick researching the health benefits of our cheese. That paper and other articles on goat milk are below.
