Greek Style

A firm, Greek-style cheese made with 100% Irish goat milk. Pure white, with no moulds or skin, and a smooth texture carrying small holes.

Matured in brine, the taste is creamy and mildly goaty with a clean, salty bite. It keeps its shape well, which makes it properly versatile: folded through salads, baked over roasted vegetables, or scattered through warm grains.
