St Tola Crottin

A 120g round of soft goat cheese, made from very fresh curd and coated with a light sprinkling of sea salt.

Smooth and light, with clean lemony flavours and hints of flowers and sweetness that develop depth as the crottin ages. It works well in a variety of recipes and as a simple, clean addition to a cheeseboard.

Available plain, or with ash or cranberry. Made specifically to order.
