Gold at the Irish Cheese Awards & Blas finalists

St Tola was delighted to win two awards at the 2026 Irish Cheese Awards: Gold and Best in Class for both St Tola Karst (Bloomy Rind Class) and St Tola Beag (New Cheese Class).

The 2026 Irish Cheese Awards took place on Wednesday 23 September in the beautiful surroundings of Cloughjordan House in Co Tipperary. The event brought together cheesemakers, food writers, chefs, judges and a range of industry supporters. The sun shone on a fabulous day; delicious food was served, the wine flowed and we found lots of reasons to celebrate being together!

Blas na hÉireann finalists

The annual Blas na hÉireann awards take place later this week and we are delighted to have two cheeses in the final: St Tola Karst and St Tola Rua.
