We were really delighted here at St Tola to host the annual CAIS AGM for 2025. CAIS is the Irish word for cheese - and it is the name of the Irish Cheesemakers Association. We like to get together once a year and this year we hosted it on our farm on 9th May. 

We had a huge number of members join us including representatives from Young Buck Cheese, Durrus Cheese, Hegarty Cheese, Cashel Farmhouse Cheese, Ardsallagh, Boyne Valley Cheese, Rock Field Farm, Burren Gold Cheese, Galway Cheese, Carrigaline, Leitrim Hill Creamery, Toonsbridge, Bo Rua Farm, Velvet Cloud, Killeen Cheese and special guest Tim Rowcliffe from the UK Specialist Cheesemakers Association.
