Delighted to have received 2 Stars at this years Great Taste Awards for our beautiful Karst at the Great Taste Awards!

Karst is name after its resemblance to the beautiful local limestone landscapehere in the Burren in Co Clare. It is a 180g raw milk log of our fresh cheese rolled in charcoal mature to bring out its subtle goaty flavour and light fluffy texture. 

Judges remarks 

"Visuall it is a very attractive goats cheese with a fabulous lactic nose. It is soft and creamy with the goat character comes forward in spades on the palate which gives it great depth of flavour"
