Autumn at St Tola

The summer might have finished, but autumn is still a really busy time for us here at St Tola Goat Farm. 

Siobhan was very busy this week at Syscos Corporate event in Cavan, taking the stage and talking about working with Sysco as a small artisan cheesemaker. Siobhan is still busy now as she is both exhibiting (with the Burren Food Network)  and talking in Dingle at Blas na hEireann and the Dingle Food Festival. She will be on a panel "Mná na Féirme" sharing here experience as a woman in farming.  This is taking place on Saturday 4th October  at Benners Hotel, Main Street Dingle from 2.15pm to 2.45pm

The Winterage Festival is on once again this year in the Burren. An incredible experience exploring and celebrating the unique farming traditions of the Burren. We will be attending and exhibiting at the The Burren Winterage Cattle Drive & Food Fayre on Sunday October 26th from 12.30 to 3pm more details and booking for this:

Our next Public Tour will be Wednesday 29th October at 10.30am. Gates open at 10.20. €15/adults, €8/children and €35/family of 2 adults and 2 children.
