The book is described as a tour de force of 100 of the best cheeses in the world. Part handbook, part part travel guide & part food odyssey, 100 cheese from around the world.

We are over the moon to see that our fabulous St Tola Ash is also listed in such a prestigious line up of the worlds greatest cheeses!
