We were over the moon to receive the great news that our divine St Tola Karst has won not only a Super Gold but also the Best Irish Cheese at the World Cheese Awards 21025!

What is a Super Gold? So this year there were over 5000 entries to the World Cheese awards.  

Each cheese is judged on its own merits onn visual, body, aroma and taste (with the major points on taste) This year only

110 of them were deemed worthy enough to be awarded Super Gold so we are in the Worlds top 2%! No other Irish cheese was awarded a Super Gold and we were delighted to discover that we were awarded the Best Irish Cheese 2025!

This is fantastic validation for our small but terrific team.
