We have had a very busy February and we are off to a great start for the season. 

The Michellin Guide Awards for Ireland the UK were held for the first time in Dublin. The main sponsor was La Rousse foods and we have to say they put on a magnificent display of Irish products for all the visitors. We were delighted to partner with them, show off our cheeses, attend the awards and of course we got to meet a huge number of visiting chefs and restauranters including Gordon Ramsey, Mark Birchall, Tom Barnes, the crew from Sollip Restaurant, Ahment Dede, Bech Bailey, Ewan Walker, Declan Maxwell and Barbara from St Fransis Kinsale and many many more!

A fantastic night for all and well done to all who helped make it so. 

We are well into kidding season here with new baby goats every day. We are also starting to get some visitors back, so if you'd like to visit have a look at our farm visits page and getting booking for the season.
