St Tola Beag

The same as our mature signature log, only smaller: 500g, hence the name Beag.

Like the signature log, it is smooth and creamy, full flavoured, sweet and floral with honey undertones that develop as it ages. It has the signature St Tola Geotrichum rind.

Its smaller size makes it easy to portion, and it is perfect for anyone who wants to buy a whole cheese but needs a smaller size.
