We are delighted to announce another date for our Public Tour schedule as it has been so popular in July. Come and along and see us on Wednesday 12th August at 10.30am, gates open at 10.30am for a tour and a full tasting of all our cheeses! 

We were also over the moon to find out that 2 of our beautiful St Tola Cheeses have each received 2 Stars at the prestigious Great Taste Awards ! A great boost to all our team here!

Siobhán will also be talking at the Theatre of Food at this weekends festival All Together Now in Co Waterford! She will be talking at 12.30pm at The Kitchen Press event! Wonderful Siobhán!
