Congratulations to the Slow Food Clare team for organising another splendid festival this year! A big CONGRATULATIONS to all the Restaurant Award winners at the Burlington Hotel last Monday night and a huge thanks to all the chefs that have supported us over the years. A special well done to all our Clare winners including Wade Murphy and all at Doonbeg Golf Club, Aidan McGrath at the Wild Honey Inn, David at L'Arco Restaurant in Ballyvaughan, Freddie and his team at the Town Hall Bistro and Peter and Ciaran at The Roadside Inn in Lisdoonvarna.
