Siohan will be representing us the first Cork Cheese Festival this weekend. The Cork Cheese Fair will be held at the Cork Aiport Hotel this Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5.30pm. There will be a huge range of Irish Cheesemakers and more details on www.corkcheeseweek.com 

Sinead from The Cheese Press in Ennistymon wll also be attending a special market this Sunday dedicated to cheese at The Fumbally Market in Dublin as part of it's 2018  eat-ith festival more details www.eat-ith.com
